The “Voxta Cloud Credits FAQ” is here to help you easily understand how credits work on Voxta Cloud. Whether you’re dealing with new subscriptions, tier upgrades, or tracking where your credits go, this FAQ has the answers you need.
Q: I just subscribed or upgraded my Patreon tier but didn’t receive any credits.
A: It may take a few minutes for your credits to appear in your account. You can also visit https://portal.voxta.ai/ and click the “Sync With Patreon” button to immediately apply your tier change. Note that you can only be awarded the credits of the highest tier for that month. See “credits awarding” for more information.
Q: I upgraded my Patreon tier and was awarded a lower amount than what is in the tier description.
A: When you upgrade your Patreon tier, Patreon charges you the difference between the highest tier you have paid for that month and the new selected tier. As a result, you receive a proportionate amount of Voxta Cloud credits to cover the difference between the previous highest tier and the new one. You will still receive the full amount of credits for your active tier when the next billing cycle starts.
Q: My credits are gone!
A: Some services, such as larger language models and high-quality text-to-speech (e.g., 11Labs), can burn through credits quite quickly! Voxta Cloud offers a wide range of affordable and premium options, so you can choose based on your budget and usage. You can keep track of your credit expenses at https://portal.voxta.ai/ to see exactly where your credits go. You may also want to explore some locally hosted services if you have a good GPU or can tolerate lower performance in some cases.
Q: I unsubscribed/lowered my tier previously, but when I resubscribed/upgraded again, I didn’t get any credits!
A: When you unsubscribe and resubscribe within the same billing cycle, Patreon will not charge you again, and you will not receive new Voxta Cloud credits. Check your subscription history or visit https://portal.voxta.ai/ to see if you have already been awarded credits for the current month.
