Voxta is intended for use by individuals aged 18 or older. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
We maintain a strict Code of Conduct. Users are prohibited from using the Voxta engine to generate, support, or transmit:
- Depictions or sexual abuse of minors (CSAM).
- Content promoting violent extremism or terrorism.
- Illegal activities or data.
- Harassment, abusive behavior, or targeted hate speech.
3. Privacy & “Local-First” Policy
Voxta is built with a Zero-Tracker and Local-First philosophy.
- No Tracking: We do not use cookies, pixels, or intrusive analytics to monitor your behavior.
- Local Data: Your prompts and interactions are processed and stored locally on your machine whenever possible.
- Orchestration Privacy: When using Voxta Cloud or external AI modules, your data is only used temporarily for routing and orchestration; we do not store your prompts or responses in the cloud for training or analysis.
4. Informed Consent & AI Nature
Voxta orchestrates interactions with Artificial Intelligence, not humans.
- Non-Sentience: AI models are not sentient beings. While they can simulate complex interactions, they lack consciousness and real-world understanding.
- Third-Party Policies: When integrating external AI services (like OpenAI, Anthropic, or local LLMs), please be aware of their respective data and safety policies, as Voxta acts as the orchestrator for these connections.
5. Responsible Use
We encourage all creators to use the Voxta orchestration engine ethically. While the platform offers immense flexibility, users must engage with it responsibly, ensuring their creations do not spread misinformation or engage in deceptive practices.
