Azure Speech Service is Microsoft's cloud speech platform. It provides both TTS and STT. This page focuses on the TTS side — the STT page covers transcription configuration.
Setup
Create an Azure Speech resource
Sign in at portal.azure.com and create a Speech resource. Note the Key and Region when it's provisioned.
Add to Voxta
Manage Services → + Add Services → Azure Speech Service → Add.
Enter the Key, Region, and pick a default Voice. Click Save.
Note
Azure has a generous free tier that often covers light personal use.
