Voxta Cloud Storage
Keep copies of individual characters, scenarios, memory books and packages in your own cloud account.
A Cloud Storage service stores backups of individual resources — a character, a scenario, a memory book, a package — in a cloud account you own. Each one is saved as a .voxpak, optionally encrypted before it leaves your machine.
This is per-resource, not a whole-server backup. It does not cover chats, settings, module secrets or your device key. For that, see Back up your data.
Saving
Open a character, scenario, memory book or package and pick Save to Cloud Storage from its download menu. Voxta packs it, encrypts it if you configured a passphrase, and uploads it.
Saving something already in the cloud asks first, and tells you how the two compare — whether your local copy is newer than the backup, identical to it, or older, which is the case worth stopping for.
Restoring
The import screen lists what's in your configured providers, showing each backup's kind, name, version and thumbnail without downloading it first. A small metadata file sits next to each backup to make that possible, and is encrypted alongside it.
Because a backup records every resource a restore would create, conflicts are detected before the download starts rather than halfway through.
Encryption
Configured per provider:

The passphrase encrypts the backup and its metadata before upload, so the provider never sees the contents. You need the same passphrase to restore — Voxta cannot recover a backup without it.
