Discord

Run Voxta as a Discord bot — chat with your characters from any Discord channel or voice call.

Discord integration lets you bridge Voxta into a Discord server. Your characters become bots that can join voice channels, respond to text channels, and behave like a regular Discord member that also happens to be an AI.

Setup

Create a Discord application + bot

Go to Discord Developer Portal → New Application. Add a Bot under the Bot tab. Note the Bot Token.

Invite the bot to your server

Under OAuth2 → URL Generator, pick scopes (bot, applications.commands) and the permissions you need (Send Messages, Connect, Speak, etc.). Use the generated URL to invite the bot to a server you own or admin.

Add to Voxta

Manage Services → + Add Services → Discord → Add.

Paste the Bot Token, click Save.

Voice channel features require the bot to have Connect and Speak permissions on the target channel.

Voxta Cloud (as a service)

Plug Voxta Cloud into your local Voxta Server as its LLM, TTS, and STT provider in one go.
