Voxta Discord Bot
Let one of your characters answer in your Discord channels, as a bot, while Voxta runs the chat on your server.
The Discord Bot module puts a character into your Discord server. It reads the channels you give it and answers there as that character, with its own name and picture on Discord. Each channel is an ordinary Voxta chat, so it also shows up in your chat list.
Experimental. Text only: the bot reads messages, pictures and text files, and writes back. It doesn't join voice channels. Explicit characters can't be used.
One module is one bot and one character. For a second character, add the module again with another Discord application.
Setup
Create a Discord application
In the Discord Developer Portal, press New Application. Then:
- Bot tab: copy the token, and turn on Message Content Intent. Leave Requires OAuth2 Code Grant off.
- Installation tab: tick Guild Install, and save.
The application's name and icon are what people see on Discord.
Add the module
Manage Modules → Add Modules → Discord Bot → Install. Admins and shared accounts can add it.
Fill in:

Invite it
Press Get invite link and open it. You need Manage Server on the Discord server. For a private channel, give the bot access in Edit Channel → Permissions.
Test it
Press Send test message. It checks the token, the channel IDs and that the bot can write there. Check status says whether Discord accepted it.
When it answers
Answer decides how chatty it is:

It still reads the messages it doesn't answer, so it knows what was said. It waits a moment for more messages before answering, and shows as typing while it writes.
People it may tag lists who the character can @mention, and when. Nobody else can be pinged: no roles, no @everyone.
Messages per person, per hour and Messages per channel, per hour keep one person, or a busy channel, from running up your usage.
Running it
It starts with the server (Start the bot automatically), and Start bot / Stop bot work until the next restart. New conversation closes the current chats and starts fresh.
Chat Bridges, under Configuration in the menu, lists every bot with its status (Running, Stopped or Disabled, and what it's connected as), its chats, and a Start/Stop button.
With encryption on, the bot only runs while your account is unlocked.
