NAudio

Windows audio input and output backend. Default on Windows.

NAudio is the default audio I/O backend on Windows. It handles microphone capture, speaker output, and audio format conversion.

Marked Required in the registry — installed automatically on Windows. You don't normally interact with this module unless you need to pick a specific audio device.

When you'd touch this

  • Change the input microphone if Voxta picks the wrong default.
  • Change the output speaker / headset.
  • Override sample rate, buffer size, or other low-level audio params.

All these settings are exposed in Manage Services → NAudio → Configuration.
