Voxta Hub Terms
Additional terms for publishing to and downloading from Voxta Hub and Voxta Hub Red.
Last updated: October 4, 2026
These terms apply when you use Voxta Hub (hub.voxta.ai), Voxta Hub Red (hub.voxta.red), or their API through a Voxta server (together, the "Hub"). They add to the Voxta Terms of Service, which still apply, including mandatory arbitration and the limitation of liability. Where the two disagree about the Hub, these terms win.
You agree to them by signing in to the Hub, by confirming your age on Voxta Hub Red, or by publishing to the Hub. If you don't use the Hub, they don't apply to you.
Short version: You must be an adult. You keep ownership of what you publish, and give Voxta the rights it needs to host it and let people use it in Voxta. You promise you have the rights to it, that every character in romantic or sexual content is an adult, and that it sexualizes no real person. Uploads are reviewed before they're public, and we can remove anything that breaks the community guidelines.
1. Who can use the Hub
- You must be 18 or older, and an adult where you live.
- You sign in with your Voxta account. You're responsible for what's done with it.
- Voxta Hub Red shows content rated past PG-13 only to accounts that confirmed they're 18 or older and chose to see it. Confirming is your statement, and we record when you made it.
- Some regions require age verification for adult content. There, the Hub shows nothing past PG-13, whatever your account confirmed. Don't use a VPN or other means to get around it. You're responsible for following the laws where you are.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload: packs, characters, scenarios, collections, artwork, readmes, profiles and anything else you publish ("your content").
License to Voxta. You give Voxta a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, review, convert, resize and transcode your content (including thumbnails and video previews), display it, and distribute it through the Hub and its API. This license covers operating, moderating and promoting the Hub, and Voxta may extend it to the service providers that run the Hub for us. It ends when you delete your content, except for backups that expire on their own and anything we must keep by law (for example, to preserve evidence for a report).
License to other users. Anyone who downloads your content may install and use it in Voxta for their own personal use. That license continues for copies downloaded before you deleted your content. If your pack or its readme states a more generous license, that applies too. Don't restrict this in a way that conflicts with these terms.
3. What you promise about your content
When you publish, you confirm that:
- You own it, or have permission to publish it under these terms, including any artwork, voices, music or text it uses.
- Every character in romantic, suggestive or sexual content is an adult, and is presented as one.
- It doesn't sexualize any identifiable real person, and doesn't use a real person's likeness or voice without their consent. On Voxta Hub Red, anything rated R or above is illustrated or AI-generated, never photographs or video of real people.
- Its rating is accurate: the rating covers everything inside the pack, not only what the listing shows.
- It contains no malware and nothing illegal where you are or in the United States.
- It follows the community guidelines.
The publish step asks you to confirm this, and the Hub records when you did.
4. Review, ratings and removal
- Uploads are reviewed by a moderator before they're public. Profiles (handle, picture, bio and links) are public when you save them, and can be reported and taken down; a link only works once its site is approved.
- We use automated tools: OpenAI's moderation service checks the text and a sample of the images in each upload, and Cloudflare checks public images against known child sexual abuse material. They suggest a rating and flag content for moderators. An upload flagged for sexual content involving minors is refused automatically. Every other decision is a moderator's.
- Voxta may change a rating, reject, unlist, hide or remove content, or restrict an account, when it breaks these terms or the guidelines, or where the law requires it. We apply the guidelines consistently and in proportion to what happened.
- When we reject or remove your content, change its rating, or restrict your account, we tell you which rule it was and whether automated tools were involved, unless the law or safety prevents it. To contest a decision, reply to the moderator's message or email info@voxta.ai; a moderator who didn't make the decision looks at it again where we can.
- Apparent child sexual abuse material, including AI-generated, is removed, preserved as the law requires, and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, and the account that published it is suspended. Any other sexual content involving minors is removed.
5. Takedown requests
Anyone, with or without an account, can ask us to remove content on the takedown requests page:
- Intimate images shared without consent. We remove the image, and known identical copies, within 48 hours of a valid request.
- Copyright. We follow the notice-and-counter-notice process of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Our designated agent is listed on that page.
- Other illegal content, by email, as that page describes.
Repeat infringers. We suspend, and may close, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others' copyrights, and may do so after a single serious infringement.
6. Account actions
Depending on what happened, Voxta may warn you, restrict publishing, disable your public page, or suspend your account (no uploading, publishing or deleting uploads, and what you published is taken down). We may close an account for serious or repeated violations. You can delete your own uploads at any time, except while a report about child safety is open against them, while your account is suspended, or where we must keep them by law.
7. Using content from the Hub
Content on the Hub is made by its community, unless it's clearly marked as official Voxta content. Voxta doesn't endorse it and doesn't guarantee that it works, is accurate, or suits you. You use it at your own risk. Follow the creator's terms, and the Creating content with Voxta rules if you publish anything made with it.
Links on creator profiles and readmes lead to sites Voxta doesn't control.
8. Your responsibility
You'll defend and indemnify Voxta against claims, losses and costs arising from your content or your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when. If a change materially affects you, we'll say so on the Hub before it takes effect. Using the Hub after that means you accept the new terms.
