Voxta Terms of Service
Terms governing your use of Voxta software, Voxta Cloud, and Voxta websites.

This page summarizes the agreement between you and Voxta LLC ("Voxta", "we", "us", or "our") when you use the Voxta software, Voxta Cloud, or our websites (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License & IP rights
Voxta is licensed, not sold. The Voxta software is proprietary and licensed to you for personal use. Commercial use for enterprise deployments, kiosks, or resale requires a separate Commercial License — contact us if that applies to you.
The "Voxta" name and logo are protected trademarks.
Nothing in this license authorizes the use of the Voxta Services to develop, train, enhance, or provide source material for any Generative AI Tools that are not explicitly provided by Voxta.
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the software without express written permission.
2. Subscriptions, payments & virtual items
Voxta uses third-party payment processors to handle payments. Voxta does not receive or store your card numbers — card data is tokenized and stored by our payment partners.
- Chargebee Inc. as our billing platform for direct card subscriptions and credit purchases, with NMI / Electronic Merchant Systems as the underlying card payment gateway.
- Patreon for monthly Patreon-based memberships.
- NOWPayments for cryptocurrency credit top-ups.
Subscription billing. Subscription plans renew automatically each billing cycle at the price displayed at signup until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date and will not be charged again afterward.
"Virtual Items" — credits, tokens, subscriptions — have no monetary value, cannot be traded for real money, and may be modified or removed by Voxta at any time.
3. User-generated content (UGC)
You retain ownership of your UGC.
- Content submitted to Voxta Cloud or shared in public community channels is licensed to us so we can operate the Services (storage, display, transmission, adaptation).
- Content generated and stored locally on your device via local modules remains your sole property. Voxta does not access or license it.
4. Code of conduct
When using the Services you agree to:
- Not use malicious hacks or exploits to gain unfair billing advantages.
- Not harass, abuse, or direct hate speech at others.
- Not use Voxta to generate or support violent extremism or the sexual abuse of minors.
- Treat Voxta employees and contractors respectfully.
Use of official API hooks, custom modules (C#, JS), and UI modifications as described in the documentation is permitted and encouraged.
5. Voxta Cloud — specific terms
In addition to the above, Voxta Cloud users agree:
- Not to abuse the service or use it to generate illegal content.
- To immediately disclose any vulnerability to the Voxta team via email at info@voxta.ai or the contact form on voxta.ai. Vulnerability discovery is appreciated but is not a paid bug bounty program.
- Not to take actions that could harm service availability, such as generating large volumes of content in short bursts to disrupt other users.
6. Refunds & billing
Charges may appear on your statement as VOXTA, CHARGEBEE*VOXTA, PATREON*VOXTA, or similar variants depending on the payment processor used. Fees are generally non-refundable, with these specifics:
- Direct card subscriptions (via Chargebee). Voxta Cloud credits granted as part of a paid billing cycle are non-refundable. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before disputing with your bank so we can resolve the issue directly.
- Direct card credit purchases (via Chargebee). Credit packs are delivered immediately upon successful payment and are strictly non-refundable except where required by law.
- Patreon tiers may be considered for refunds within 90 days at our sole discretion.
- Cryptocurrency purchases of cloud credits are strictly non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of the blockchain.
Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in account suspension. We invest in responsive customer support specifically so billing issues can be resolved without involving your bank.
7. Mandatory arbitration
THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A MANDATORY ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION RIGHTS. Disputes will be resolved first via 45-day informal negotiation, then by binding individual arbitration in Wyoming.
8. Limitation of liability
VOXTA'S TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $500 OR THE AMOUNT YOU SPENT ON THE SERVICES IN THE PRECEDING 24 MONTHS.
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
