The ways to get Voxta Cloud credits — a Voxta subscription, a Patreon membership, or one-time credit packs — and how to manage or cancel.
Voxta Cloud runs on credits. There are three ways to get them, and you can mix and match.
Three ways to get credits
Voxta subscription
Recurring plan billed directly by Voxta with a card. The best credits-per-dollar, and most of your contribution goes straight to development.
Patreon membership
Subscribe on Patreon. Includes monthly Cloud credits plus VAM plugin, scenes, and other Patreon perks.
Credit packs
One-time top-ups when you just need more credits — pay by card or cryptocurrency, no subscription required.
Voxta Cloud is in beta. The exact prices and credit amounts are always shown live in the portal and may shift as we tune the service — that's the source of truth, not this page.
Subscribe directly with Voxta
A Voxta subscription is billed by card and gives you more credits per dollar than the equivalent Patreon tier — no Patreon or Discord account required.
Sign in to the portal
Go to portal.voxta.ai and sign in with Google, Patreon, or Discord.
Open Subscription → Browse plans
From your account, open Subscription and choose Browse plans. You'll see the available tiers with their monthly credits and price.
Complete secure checkout
Pick a plan and continue to the secure hosted checkout to enter your card. Voxta never sees or stores your card number — it's tokenized by our payment provider.
You're subscribed
Your credits are added within about a minute and refill each billing cycle. You can change or cancel the plan any time (see below).
One-time credit packs
If your monthly credits run out and you don't want to change your plan, buy a one-time pack instead. In the portal, go to Buy credits and choose:
- Card — credits are delivered immediately on successful payment.
- Cryptocurrency — paid via our crypto provider.
Credit packs are delivered instantly and are non-refundable (crypto packs especially, since blockchain payments are irreversible). See Terms → Refunds & billing.
Manage or cancel your subscription
Open Subscription in the portal and use Manage subscription on your plan. For a Voxta subscription this opens your billing portal, where you can update your card, change plan, or cancel.
- Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing term — you keep your access and remaining credits until then.
- Patreon subscriptions are managed on Patreon, not in the Voxta billing portal.
Already on Patreon and switching to a Voxta subscription? You can run both for a cycle, then cancel Patreon once your Voxta plan is active. Credits from both stack on your account.
Which sign-in should I use?
You can sign in with Google, Patreon, or Discord. Each sign-in method starts its own Voxta account, so your subscription and credits live on the account you used when you subscribed — sign in with that same method to find them.
- Patreon subscribers must sign in with Patreon for their Patreon credits to sync.
- Want more than one sign-in method on the same account? Open Account in the portal and link another method. If that method already started its own account, you'll be asked to confirm a one-time merge.
Merging combines credits and keeps your current account's tier and benefits, but free signup credits from the other account are not carried over, and a merge can't be undone. Review the summary on the merge screen before confirming.
