Privacy Policy
We take your privacy very seriously. We don’t sell your data to anyone, and we apply strict security procedures to ensure your usage of Voxta Cloud stays confidential. While we take measures to avoid storing your data such as prompts, AI responses, voice generations and transcription data, we encourage you to avoid sharing any sensitive data such as passwords or personally identifiable information. This should be true for large companies with big security and privacy promises too!
Data
We store the following information:
- Your API keys, credits, and the model you used to generate text, run transcriptions and speech synthesis. We don’t store prompts or responses.
- Your hashed and salted Patreon ID and your subscription tier. We don’t store your patreon ID, email or any other identifying information.
- Your Patreon email is stored temporarily while being ingested from Patreon’s webhook. It is deleted immediately after being processed.
- Your country for statistical and traffic routing purposes. It is stored in Azure Application Insights, associated with the closest worldwide datacenter.

Subprocessors
These companies have access to some your data. Only Microsoft Azure has the information to associate your Patreon user ID with your activity, however we don’t log any of the contents of your prompts or responses.
